Enable Right-To-Reject

Increasing number of votes polled by None-Of-The-Above (NOTA) proves that voters are fed up with present style of political system. Need is to convert NOTA in Right-To-Reject (with riders) where fresh elections may be held in case NOTA getting maximum votes with all those losing barred for contesting any future elections. However NOTA-button maybe disabled in by-elections caused due to NOTA-winning to prevent chain of re-elections by NOTA winning in successive re-elections.

Some recent elections including in university-elections have proved that voters by and large are confused a lot. Right-To-Reject, if experimented, will make political parties field only good candidates rather than professional politicians or their family-members. Ultimately Right-To-Reject will be so successful that it may not be needed at all.
