Medical care in hospitals in UP, at least in big cities like Lucknow, has been quite satisfactory, considering the number of patients they handle. PGI, KGMU, Balrampur hospital and some more private hospitals are doing a reasonably good job. The incident at Gorakhpur medical college is really disturbing. An impartial inquiry is necessary. BJP MLAs in UP are more interested in communal issues instead of concentrating on improving education and health care facilities. For developing a nation the government must work silently, instead of rushing to TV. Pay attention to basics if our country needs to develop well.
