The NBA star filed a response to the E! star’s filing from May today in a Los Angeles Superior Court, reiterating that “irreconcilable differences” was the reason for the dissolution of marriage, but also requests that the judge deny the court’s ability to award Khloe with spousal support.

The court documents state that Odom has requested all attorney fees and costs be paid by Khloe.

In late May, the star went forward with the divorce after putting it on hold to tend to his health needs. Khloe’s attorney Laura Wasser went into court and asked the judge to withdraw the divorce petition that was awaiting a judge’s signature. The judge granted the petition and the divorce case was over.

According to the sources, “Khloe is looking forward to moving on.”

The pair first filed for divorce in December 2013, but as you might remember, Khloe famously called it off in October of last year. A source told us at the time, “Khloe thinks this was the right thing to do right now.”

The news came shortly after the star rushed to her husband’s side at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel on Oct. 13.

“I just thought it was really insensitive to [expedite the divorce],” she admitted in an interview with KIIS FM at the time.

“I get it, I get why it’s confusing, I understand all of that. James Harden has been great. He’s been very supportive with everything. There’s of course times where I’m sure he was really uncomfortable about some of the things, but I’m a very honest person and I have nothing to hide and I was very open with how I feel like I had to handle everything with Lamar.”
