Power Point Presentation has become a part and parcel of the present education system. To achieve a brighter future, time tested methods are followed to inculcate knowledge. Power Point learning is excellent. In a classroom, students build their learning community; so this is useful to develop their learning skills. The learners empower students by using their learning strategies.

What’s the most powerful resource in your classroom? Is it the formidable stack of textbooks, the encyclopaedia and the computer? As much of a reader and education technology enthusiast, we believe, this is the most powerful resource and an easy way of learning. It is indeed something collective and of diverse imaginations, observations, opinions, hopes and dreams of students. By empowering students, teachers can engage them further in learning and provide a more democratic learning experience and, of course, find the most powerful resource in your classroom.

It is far more important to be the right kind of teacher than it is to be the right kind of student. It is an easy transition to take these descriptions of what it means to be empowered in the business world and apply them to the classroom and changing from managers to teachers and employees to students. And much research verifies the relevance of empowerment to education. When students are in learning curve they feel enriching their knowledge and whatever teachers and parents teach them come to their mind much quickly. Education happens to be the greatest creator and leveller of wealth and knowledge.

A teacher’s main role should be inspiring students to become lifelong learners and both parents and grandparents play a prominent role in giving them adequate scope to learn more and more. How can today’s teachers inspire their students is an open question! Where does true engagement in learning come from and how is it passed on from generation to generation. It is quite imperative to note that how technology plays a significant role.

Proactive teaching and empowering students through best methods carry more weight. Consider the tested procedure of monitoring the students’ progress through the book. Often times, when there are management challenges in your classroom, pose problem but it is up to the teachers and the management to make the students rather comfortable in their studies and in extracurricular activities. This technique works best for maths and science lessons, but it can be useful for teaching any subject. By giving students easy-to-follow guided assignments before you teach them the complete lesson can make them understand the subject very well and at the same time enable them to teach themselves, inspire confidence in their abilities, and help them prepare for their higher education in a methodical way.

It is an easy transition to take these descriptions of what it means to be empowered in the business world and apply them to the classroom and changing from managers to teachers and employees to students. And much research verifies the relevance of empowerment to education. When students are well educated and well trained then there is wider scope to succeed in this competitive world.

As seniors, most of us would probably like to hear a little less of our own voice and a little more of our students in this modern world. So, let us have the experience and authority to help our students discover what makes each of them unique and prevent it from going unrecognised. Their lies the real success.
