It is a fashion for Rahul Gandhi to court controversies to be on the limelight in the Indian political scene. Having failed to address people’s problem in an amicable way he is trying to garner headlines for sometime. Thus his action and speeches attract public wrath. Now the Supreme Court has put Rahul to RSS defamation test and he will have to overcome this bad patch. Again, you cannot collectively denounce an organisation for the sake of getting cheap publicity in the eyes of people. The case has arisen out of a speech he delivered at a rally in Thane. The Congress leader made a speech quoting a wrong historical fact and now will have to apologise or face trial for it.
