Testing time for Jadhav

Kulbhushan Jadhav is having high hopes of survival after the ICJs rulings at Hague. Now the scene is set for both the Pakistan Government and the army are going to fight his case as they would like to unite and avoid politics. This is much relief as ICJ had already taken serious views of his proposed execution as he was alleged by the Pakistani army as Indian naval spy. It was matter of shame that the Pakistani army went to the extent of trying him for no fault of his as he was arrested from Iran and brought to Pakistan. The opposition in Pakistan has slammed their Government for shoddy handling of the Jadhav’s case at the ICJ. The writing is on the wall and there is high hope of Jadhav’s getting out of trouble. ICJ’s present observation and the review of the Pakistan government and army may yield fruits as the truth will come out finally and an early release may take place if things go Jadhav’s way at every level. Testing time for Kulbhushan Jadhav continue in the much touted spy case.
