A teen girl and her younger brother have been found dead in their bedroom in a Delhi house where they lived with their aunt.
The bodies of the 18-year-old girl and her brother, who was 10, were discovered with injuries on their necks early this morning by their aunt when she entered their room to wake them up for school.
The family lived in North East Delhi. Their father, who works in a courier company, had a night shift while their mother lives in Bihar.
The young girl’s hands and legs were tied up; the police says it is investigating whether she was sexually assaulted.
The bodies have been sent for a post-mortem.
