A 26-year-old girl was reportedly raped by her male friend inside a handicap toilet of a Noida mall, on the pretext of providing her a job, police said on Sunday.
According to police, the victim and her boyfriend both are residents of Badarpur area of Delhi.
The girl has told the police that Yogesh, whom she had been in a live-in relationship, had convinced her to give a job and then raped her.
The victim, who used to work in a law firm, then lodged a zero FIR with the Saket police station yesterday, which was later transferred to Noida sector -39 police station, where the incident took place here. Police have meanwhile detained accused Yogesh.
Noida police, however, said that they have not yet received papers related to this case.
