BEST management announced that it will have a separate queue for passengers with a Chalo app and smartcard for boarding its digital buses with tap in and tap out facilities.
Other passengers can also board these buses by purchasing tickets from ground staff as there are no conductors in these buses.
The machines installed in digital buses can scan smartcards or QR code from the Chalo mobile app.
