Pop star Beyonce Knowles paid a visit to the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam along with her rapper husband Jay Z.
The 32-year-old singer visited the house recently just hours after performing at the city`s Ziggo Dome, reportedLY.
Representatives of the museum posted about the singer`s visit on Facebook.
“American singer Beyonce and rapper-producer Jay Z visited the Anne Frank House today. They were more than an hour inside and very impressed by their visit to the hiding place of Anne Frank,” read the message on Facebook.
The museum also posted a photo, showing the `Crazy in Love` hitmaker writing a message in the guest book.
Beyonce also took to photo-sharing site Instagram to share a couple of pictures of her visit.
In one of the photos, Beyonce is standing alongside a picture of Frank seated at a desk and a journal entry from Frank is inscribed on the wall.
“I`ll make my voice heard, I`ll go out into the world and work for mankind! 11 April 1944, ” read the entry.
