Kulbhushan Jadhav issue has reached ICJ ruling and it is a diplomatic victory for India. But Pakistan may still play its card close to its chest and may not honour the ruling as a prestige issue. Even as voices in India are getting united in support of Kulbhshan, the alleged Indian spy, who has been awarded death sentence by Military court in Pakistan has become a pot boiler issue. One thing is very clear as Pakistan army is playing tantrums in dealing with Indian officials caught in no man’s land. It is now time for direct action to teach them a permanent lesson and Jadhav be brought back to India at the earliest. India needs to approach United Nations to garner maximum support from the member countries to end the stalemate once for all.
