An eight-year-old girl has allegedly committed suicide in Bengaluru by setting herself on fire. She was admitted to hospital last night and died.
The police say the child left a suicide note saying no one was responsible for her death. The note reportedly mentions that she had not gone to school for over a week and she was “leaving this world.”
The girl was reportedly alone at home in the Yallahanka New town area of the IT city when she used kerosene and set herself on fire. Her mother is a garment factory worker.
