Donald Trump’s ‘ban Muslims from US’ plan stokes fears of Nazi-style ‘final solution’

Donald-TrumpTrust Donald Trump come up with bizarre ‘solutions’ to all that ails the mighty United States of America. The GOP presidential frontrunner crossed the line yet again by calling for a “total and complete shutdown” of Muslims entering the United States.

Donald J Trump said Muslims should not be allowed to enter the US “until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”

“Without looking at the various polling data, it is obvious to anybody the hatred is beyond comprehension. Where this hatred comes from and why we will have to determine. Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life,” he said.

Trump’s controversial plan has left American Muslims worried.

The Washington Post quoted Ibrahim Hooper, national communications director at the Council on American-Islamic Relations, as saying, ““One has to wonder what Donald Trump will say next as he ramps up his anti-Muslim bigotry. “Where is there left for him to go? Are we talking internment camps? Are we talking the final solution to the Muslim question? I feel like I’m back in the 1930s.”

Senior White House officials lined up Monday to condemn Donald Trump’s proposal to ban Muslims from entering the United States, saying it was contrary to US values and interests.

“You’re being generous by describing it as a proposal,” said White House spokesman Josh Earnest, castigating the fiery Republican presidential frontrunner’s latest outburst as “cynical.”

“I think what Mr. Trump is doing is something that he’s been doing over the course of his entire campaign, which is… to play on people`s fears in order to build support for his campaign.”

“I think what he’s doing, he’s dividing America in a really cynical way,” Earnest told MSNBC.
