The juvenile rapist in the Delhi 2012 Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case should’ve received the deadliest punishment like the other four rapists for his act because the crime committed by him was very harsh. If anyone is old enough to indulge in adult crimes, then certainly he or she should certainly be old enough to be awarded stringent punishment too.
