ISISA 46-year-old former model, who had left the life of comforts in Canada to join the Kurdish YPJ (People’s Protection Units) fighting against the ISIS militants, reveals horrors witnessed by her on the battlefield.

In an exclusive interview to Mail Online, Tiger Sun recalled instances when she watched the death of a young girl, who was blown up by a landmine, as Kurds lacked medical training.

She added that nothing could prepare her for that experience.

The former model cited another incident when she accidentally stepped on a charred finger while patrolling but failed to locate the body.

Despite not having any combat training, she reportedly said that she was sent to the battlefield immediately but denies killing anyone.

During the interview, Sun Tiger denied being sexually harassed or objectified and said that women and men fought alongside each other on the battlefront.

Hailing from Canada, the mother-of-one had left for Middle East in March this year to join the Kurdish YPJ (People’s Protection Units).

However, she was forced to return last week after suffering from malnutrition.

She is recovering now and mulling her return to Syria.
