We again and again learn most of the people saying that the director of each and every company, institution, factory and organisation is great as in short period and time he forwarded it to the top.
Is it only the one who did so or on his back the toiling of some hidden dedicated people caused this accomplishment?
But to me, factual is that those who are working there 24/7, deserve the credit of this development. But in this selfish world no one is prepared to honour to whom the honour is due. It’s never asked how much salary you promoted to those who dedicated their endeavours that immense achievement occurred in your life and your institution developed by leaps and bounds.
