Private lender HDFC Bank on Thursday reported 21 percent jump in net profit at Rs 2,806.91 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2015.
The bank had reported a net profit of Rs 2,794.51 crore during the third quarter.
Net non performing assets (NPAs) stood at 0.2 percent as compared to 0.3 percent a year ago, while gross NPAs were at 0.9 percent as against 1 percent a year ago.
HDFC Bank’s promoters are Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd, HDFC Investments Ltd and HDFC Holdings Ltd.
