Judge Loya’s death is a very sensitive case; it deserves to settle soon so that no kind of suspicion can grow among us, it is good that SC declared on Monday that it will hear this case on February 2 and examine the circumstances surrounding the incident and try to reach its own objective conclusion. Bench restrained other high courts from entertaining any petition in connection with the same case. I trust SC and expect that truth will win.
