As part of the digital India week, Mira-Bhayander mayor Geeta Jain on Sunday launched a website and a WhatsApp number to address citizens issues.
The launch coincided with her birthday. The website www.geetajain .com and number 09819000800 will act as an interface between the citizens and her, she said at a function in Mira Road on Sunday.
Posters and banners of the BJP mayor launching the website had been put up across the Mira-Bhayander region.
Citizens can submit their query along with name, address and cellphone number and the same will be addressed by the mayor. Citizens can also send their complaints on the Whatsapp number.
