While reading news of ”Two speech impaired women, both sisters, were allegedly raped by the cattle grazer, aged 40, at Pandurangapuram village on Wednesday evening ”I felt panic-stricken that our sisters and mothers, who are the glory of our society, are mercilessly being sexually harassed and not safe even at their home as well.
And moreover, the assaulters become free within short period stuffing heavy bribe into officers’ bellies.
Why doesn’t government take so any strong measure against these accused that they being frightened think thousand times before commit it again.
Why is there so negligence in this regard? Is it because these victims are not the daughters of highly post persons or not of any high profile politicians?
