World-wide war like conditions seen for the past few months give the impression that the declaration of the Third world war is imminent. An incident gives away the long strategy of Pakistan hence India realising this should not prepare for war just by arms and ammunition but conduct Disaster management camps for the citizens; and first-aid should be part and parcel of these camps. The government should give importance to this along with their developmental program. It is important that the citizens learn about first-aid so that they can save themselves and their families during natural and man-made disasters. It is necessary that everyone learns and teaches others about first aid. Trying to learn when the situation is upon us is impossible, so citizens , social organisations, political parties and government should take the leadership of this project. It is expected that all will collectively fulfil this social responsibility.
