Rubabuddin Sheikh, the brother of gangster and encounter victim Sohrabuddin Sheikh, alleged before the special CBI court that one of the accused, a former Gujarat police officer, threatened him.
The trial of cases related to alleged fake encounters of Sohrabuddin and Tulsiram Prajapati by Gujarat police has been shifted to Mumbai.
Sheikh’s application said that former sub-inspector of police Naresh Chauhan threatened him in the court before the proceedings started.
