Sena is trying to play its card close to the chest and thereby threatens to issue no-trust motion against the Municipal Commissioner as the potholes issue continue to corner wrong name to the civic authorities. In a bid to corner the civic chief’s post and isolate Bharatiya Janata Party a ploy is being planned accordingly. Potholes is a boiling issue as BMC failed to solve the ticklish issue despite changing the contractors and penalising others on this account. Now bringing no confidence motion is on the move to oust the Municipal Commissioner. If such a motion is passed in the Municipal Corporation of the Greater Mumbai (MCGM) general body then the axe may fall on the hapless commissioner. Sena is trying to strike balance and have its own representative as the Municipal Commissioner.
