Nobel-Prize-in-PhysicsIsamu Akasaki and Hiroshi Amano of Japan and U.S. scientist Shuji Nakamura have won the Nobel Prize in physics for the invention of blue light-emitting diodes – a new energy efficient and environment-friendly light source.
