The Uttar Pradesh Police has arrested RTI activist Chandra Mohan Sharma, who was believed to be dead three months ago. Three months ago a charred body in a burnt car in Greater Noida was claimed to be the activist’s body.
The police say that Sharma had run away. The body in the car was of someone else, said the police.
The wife of the activist, however, claims that the person arrested by the police is not her husband.
