India`s third-biggest software services company Wipro on Friday registered 9 percent growth in its consolidated net profit at Rs 2,192.8 cr in Q3.
The company’s revenue is up 7 percent at Rs 12,085 crore for the same quarter.
The company also said that it has appointed Jatin Dalal as chief financial officer after announcing the retirement of Suresh Senapaty from the post.
IT services revenue rose by 7 per cent to USD 1.79 billion in the third quarter compared to the year-ago period. Quarter-on-quarter, the revenue was up by 1.3 per cent.
