65% of Ganpati mandals granted civic permission in Mumbai

With around a week left for Ganeshotsav, the civic body has received 2,540 applications from mandals across Mumbai and has granted permission to 65% or 1,660 of them.

This number is already more than the total 2,507 applications received last year, of which 2,048 were granted permission.
