Demand of banning RSS after govt took action against PFI

Central government’s decision of banning Popular Front of India took lot of controversies across the country. Ministry of Home Affairs announced through notification to banned the organization and its associates for five years for having terror links.

The decision of Government getting lot of appreciation from different stages as well as some leaders demanded the same action against all radical and communal organizations.

Kerala’s Congress MP Kodikunnil Suresh compared Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) with Popular Front of India (PFI) and demanded a similar ban on it.

RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav took PFI and RSS in one frame and demanded same action against the RSS. Earlier, Congress leader Digvijay singh called PFI, RSS and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) as “Ek hi thali ke chatte batte.’’

BJP leader Bhalchandra Shirsath said to Afternoon Voice, ‘’Congress doesn’t know the difference of Nationalist and anti-nationalist. RSS is full of Intense Nationalism and Congress want to encourage anti-nationals by banning RSS.’’

BJP leader Sudhir Mungantiwar told us, “This Congress not walking the paths of Mahatma Gandhi but followed the Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. These people did anything for votes. we banned PFI with Constitutional ways if RSS did something wrong then why congress not banned them when they are in power.”

NCP Spokesperson Ravikant Varpe said, “Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel demanded to ban on RSS way before and I agree with his thoughts. We are against all extremist organizations though they believed any religion.”

AAP leader Dhananjay Shinde Said, “Congress and BJP are doing politics of religious polarization instead of working for people. It should be strict action taken against them who did anti-national activities but Congress and BJP also did same by misleading people for years.’’
