Even after 41 years, Agra shoemaker hopes to get a customer for 2-foot long shoe

It’s been 40 years since the 2 feet long shoe was made by late Agra based shoemaker Puranchand Beri. But there has been no customer even after such a long time.

Now, Puranchand’s son Dinesh Chand Beri has begun that wait for the customer.

The size of the shoe has made the shop famous in the Taj city. The cost incurred in making the pair of the shoe was Rs 5000.

“The shoe was made by my father who took more than a month. The pair has also made our shop famous and we got huge publicity through it,” said Dinesh Chand.

With the shoe completing nearly half a century, they are maintained regularly to keep them in good condition.

These shoe has become a sort of heritage for the shop of the Dinesh Chand.
