A social activist has written to Maharashtra Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) alleging corruption in clearing public parking lot proposals by Urban Development Department (UDD) and demanded filing of an FIR in this regard.
Pravin Wategaonkar, in his letter to the ACB, cited a Supreme Court judgement which says if there is information which discloses a cognisable offence, an FIR or preliminary enquiry (PE) should be filed.
