Bombay HC (High Court) on Friday permitted Uddhav Thackeray-led hackeray-led Shiv Sena to hold its annual Dussehra rally at the iconic Shivaji Park ground in central Mumbai on October 5.
A division bench of Justices R D Dhanuka and Kamal Khata allowed the petition filed by the Thackeray-led Sena faction and its secretary Anil Desai challenging the Mumbai civic body’s order refusing them permission.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s (BMC) order was a “clear abuse of process of law ” , said the court.
Court allowed thackeray led party to use ground for rally from October 2nd till October 5
BMC refused to give permission for rally for both faction stating that if permission was given to one faction would led to issue of law and order.

Sena leader Kishori pednekar also took twitter to share the information of Dussehra rally which under the favour of Thackeray-led Sena faction in which she mentioned that tradition of “Shiv Sena leader Balasaheb Thackeray’s thoughts have won”
