The second Civil Services Mains Exams conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission witnessed an unprecedented scene where candidates writing irrelevant matter on answer sheets got full marks and got qualified. Strangely, one of the answer sheets had an essay of cow written on it without any question being asked on cow.
This was disclosed by the CBI during a hearing on a PIL filed on the discrepancies in the exams.
The CBI will produce such answer sheets in front of the court on August 11.
The CBI has alleged that the JPSC is not cooperating with the agency leading to delay in the investigation.
So far, the CBI has filed chargesheets in two cases against the Commission.
