Yet another incident has come to fore on Tuesday, which puts serious question marks on the security of the women opting for app based taxi services in the national capital.
A woman, who had taken a cab from from Saket in Delhi to Faridabad on July 02, met with one of the most horriffic experiences in her life. While narrating her story on Facebook and Twitter, the woman claimed that the driver of a TaxiForSure cab was masturbating while driving.
The woman claimed that she had called Olacabs, which had sent a TaxiForSure cab.
Meanwhile, the TaxiForSure has sacked the driver Devinder Kumar.
Last year in December, a 25-year-old woman executive was allegedly raped by an Uber driver in the national capital.
The woman executive was allegedly raped by 32-year-old Shiv Kumar Yadav on the night of December 5, 2014, in the cab which she hired to head back home in north Delhi’s Inderlok area.
The accused driver took the woman to an isolated place while she fell asleep and raped her.
A trial court had on January 13 framed charges of rape, causing grievous bodily harm and endangering the life of a woman, kidnapping a woman, criminal intimidation and voluntarily causing hurt against Yadav under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
