Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray’s son Aaditya said on Thursday that under the leadership of his father that they would build a progressive, safe and prosperous Maharashtra.
Aaditya posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter – “Under the leadership of Uddhavji, we will build the Maharashtra of Balasaheb’s dreams – progressive, safe, prosperous.”
He also said, “We have vowed to work for a better Maharashtra and to fight and win against all those who destroyed Maharashtra and dashed the hopes of all.”
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old saffron alliance in Maharashtra today looked hurtling towards a break up with BJP leaders walking out of a meeting with their Shiv Sena interlocutors called to discuss seat-sharing for Maharashtra Assembly polls and the latter charging BJP with being “in a hurry to end the relationship”.
