Socialistic pattern of the society

Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was so well read and sublime with thoughts that he said the captioned words. These are not words but a thought for the type of society that we may work for. India is a vast country with immense diversity and low literacy rates. We need to work for a society where rich and the poor coexist happily with minimum practicable gap in the standards of living.

I was having a glance at RK Laxman’s cartoon where a man peeps out from a drum and says, I actually reside here, flummoxing the policeman. In our Antop Hill area, people have been living for years along the road and the buses and other vehicles pass by , without causing any harm to them. How good and tolerant we are as a people. Why we cannot be tolerant with the constitution? Let anything be written there, you should follow ethics. Did any preamble exist during the reign of Mughal emperor Akbar.

Friends, we are not learning and working, which is what we must be doing. Instead we writing and condemning about the incidents occurred. These are all unproductive talks which results into waste of time. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis is a good man but he needs to become tough to get the work done which will pave way for the state’s development.

People are not saying that Mumbai must be made free of narcotic drugs. Alcohol if consumed in moderation does not do cause any harm to health. On the other hand, the drug Mephedrone also known as ‘meow meow’ is very harmful. I have been shouting from roof tops and urging the government to enhance skill development. Yesterday, I had read a report in newspaper that our country is facing severe shortage of skilled manpower. We must learn work, make things, create wealth and later distribute it judiciously. There is so much air pollution in Delhi and Mumbai and we are busy talking about constitution. On the other hand, we are not bothered about controlling population, reducing the number of motor vehicles and increasing parking spaces.

It is necessary to provide clean drinking water to citizens and we are not working towards achieving this objective. Let us work towards providing better amenities to citizens. I was listening on television that perhaps the government employees will not vote for BJP because they are being asked to report on time. Our social organizations need to work to change this mindset. This will take the nation forward and not any words written in the constitution.
