A 72-year-old man residing in CBD-Belapur has purportedly become the first victim of sextortion incident in Navi Mumbai after he received a WhatsApp video call from a stranger woman, who became naked on the video call and attempted to seduce him.
Thereafter, two accused men, one of them posing as crime branch officer threatened to make his video call recording with the naked woman viral on social media and they compelled the victim senior citizen to gradually transfer a total Rs 1.27 lakhs for not making his video viral on social media.
