Our banking system is reasonably good. It can be far better if our “netas” keep away from these. This is not possible because it’s “macho” to get you loan, far beyond your needs and you will be considered “napunsak “( or to put it more decently, “budhu”) if you start repaying.
Bank managers often will say, why you want Rs 100 crores, take Rs 200.
They are looking for some personal benefits from you.
