Playing her cards close to the chest V.K. Sasikala tried all the tricks under the duress in a very typical way. But how far the drama will continue with judgement against her would spoil all the calculations in one stroke. Chinamma did her act in keeping MLAs held captive and maintaining the suspense in her own way. Amma was able to corner glory with her experience whereas Sasikala is just beginner and it will take some time to get into the groove. As of now the derailment of AIADMK cadre is on the cards and that may not help O. Panneerselvam also to that extent to form the next government. DMK stands a good chance of coming back to power if President’s rule is enforced in Tamil Nadu fearing law order situation or both the factions of AIADMK failing to establish majority support in the floor of the house in case Governor allows such a step to bring the stalemate to an end. Anyway, it is advantage for DMK.
