We are progressing very well because our Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a capable leader and monitors the progress of the work done by his ministers. Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu and Road Transport and Highways and Shipping Minister Nitin Gadkari are very dedicated and perform their work efficiently. Wealth must be created through excellent training, hard work with cheerfulness. Cleanliness has great importance during Diwali because Goddess Laxmi visits clean and well lighted houses where happy families live and pray sincerely. We must avoid bursting loud crackers because they disturb children and elders and also frighten birds. The smoke emanating from crackers is harmful for our health. Police force is performing a good job but they must keep an eye on those miscreants who burst very loud crackers after 10 pm in the night. The civil society and the parents also must play their part to celebrate safe Diwali without noise pollution and prevent fire accidents.

Citizens are not paying too much attention towards maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. On social media, I urged the UP government to prevent the spread of diseases like Dengue and Chikungunya epidemic in Lucknow and Kanpur. The Allahabad High Court has also asked the state government to file an affidavit about what action it has taken to prevent dengue. For achieving prosperity and happiness, it is necessary to acquire various employable skills in technology and paramedics so that youth can find employment and earn decent wages. The duty of the government is to hire expert faculty in our ITIs and engineering colleges so that this aim is achieved successfully. Training must be imparted to children from primary school onwards so that they acquire various skills by the time they grow up. There is demand for heavy duty vehicle drivers, crane operators, specialised welders, X ray and other technicians related to the hospitals. Youth’s must be taught about first aid practices, basic fire prevention and fire fighting practices so that they can be useful during an emergency. It is also important to maintain health and hygiene. We must perform regular exercises, swimming, jogging to keep our body fit and wash our hands with liquid soap and water when entering house after an outing. People touch various objects which may carry germs and hence they must take precaution and maintain cleanliness. Oral hygiene is very important. Our good behaviour and disposition is very important. How to talk to juniors and seniors, body language, spoken words etc; are very important to make good impression among employers. If we follow such basics, we will always remain happy, healthy and wealthy.
