Sanjay Nirupam AVVitthal Lokhare, a corporator from Mankhurd-Shivajinagar area of the city, would be the Congress candidate for March 8 election to the Mayor’s post.

City Congress chief Sanjay Nirupam told that Lokhare, a four-time corporator, will file the nomination on Saturday.
