In the past, India had a rich culture of sports. At present, the sports industry of the country is in decline, except for Cricket.
The country’s younger generation is talented, but there are not enough opportunities for young players to show their skills at the international level. Those people who get an opportunity to play at the international level never get the government’s support. The authorities concerned must take notice of this issue and take measures to promote sports in our country.
