Manner in which arson and violence took place after Baba Ram Rahim’s arrest makes it clear that all was pre-planned most probably under directions of the notorious Baba. Central and Haryana governments should take all necessary steps to teach Baba Ram Rahim, his managers and supporters a big lesson like was done in case of Rampal. All this is necessary because such scenes were earlier also seen while arresting many such other ultra-popular notorious babas like Asaram and Rampal. India is full of babas with some of them getting high popularity and wealth courtesy political rulers.
Enquiry should also be made to expose those in central and state governments who have been supporters of Baba Ram Rahim. Haryana Chief Minister should resign owning responsibility for total repeat failure of his government in dealing with situation before and after arrest of Baba Ram Rahim, as also rightly observed by Punjab and Haryana High Court. What a great nation is our country – when a rape-accused is not arrested, people burn candles. But when a rape-accused is arrested, people burn cities, stations and public-property.
