Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan says her Udta Punjab co-star, Punjabi actor Diljit Dosanjh ‘will drive viewers crazy’ with his performance in the movie.
While sharing her experience of working with Diljit, Kareena said, “I’m excited to work with Diljit as I’m a big fan of his. His videos are amazing and he is the surprise package of the film. People will go mad, he is that good in the film.”
The actress added, “He’s a huge star in Punjab. During our shooting, he would come to me and ask for a photograph with him to prove to his fans that he was actually doing a film with Kareena. But I told him, ‘I’m a big fan of yours’, and this embarrassed him a lot.”
Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, Udta Punjab also stars Alia Bhatt opposite Shahid Kapoor.
