On Saturday, I saw film Dangal in which Amir Khan has rightly shown the activities of our substandard coaches and trainers. It is true that we have some very good trainers or teachers but about half of them lack proficiency in teaching. It is the duty of our government to impart training to them. Women have always been working very hard. At Navlakhi port women have been loading slinges in cargo holds. In Chinese yards women welders are working with men wearing the same uniform. In American ports, there used to be just one lady manning the bunker barge. They have been very competent and strong. Presently we see in India, women are managing home and office efficiently.
