Professional rivalry can prove fatal and the arrest of two colleagues of missing CA Kirti Vyas now suspected to be murdered has sent shock waves in a city like Mumbai where crime is on the rise. Difficult to trust even those in your working environment or among near and dear ones as humanity is no longer prevalent in a world that has become cruel and where commercial monetary considerations come above everything else. Stress and fatigue in the metropolitan cities are on the rise that results in depression that propagates citizens to take steps that they repent later.
Crime should not be tolerated and the murderers of budding professional Kirti Vyas should be given stringent punishment so that no one dares to commit such crimes in the future. Professional ethics too should be respected and people should not take unnecessary fights with colleagues by resolving issues in a manner that hurts none. Counselling at workplaces by experts is the need of the hour so that people do not spill out anger in a fatal manner but douse their feelings before acting on their thoughts!
