Roger Federer rules the tennis world as he won his 20th Grand Slam title with his 6th Australian Open title at Melbourne. He came, saw and conquered the court with his consistent serve, deft placements and fantastic firebrand tennis as a veteran. In a five setter, he appeared as a young man court by whipping the challenge of Čilić with consumable ease with a 6-1 score line. It was a class act and the crowd enjoyed every moment of the 3 hours and 3 minutes match. He played positive tennis from the very moment and took the match to the fifth set. He is a master winning five setter matches and this time he played his cool to overcome the challenge of a younger opponent. Federer played to a plan from the word go and won the first set 6-2 to have a good beginning. The 20th Slam champion preserved his energy for the final fling and came out trumps and made a match of it. It was game, set, match and the Championship for Federer. Fairytale continues for Federer in the year 2018 as well.
