A senior TV journalist was shot at by unidentified assailants outside his house in Kavi Nagar area of Ghaziabad and the prima facie, the police suspect personal enmity to be behind the attack. Ghaziabad is a notorious place for criminal activities and such incidents are very common just at the outskirts of Delhi. Ghaziabad hogs limelight in the news channels time and again for the notorious activities and hired killing is prevailing in the place for over 50 years. The law and order situation did not improve much ever since the BJP government took power in the state. In the shooting incident that took place in the Industrial town, the journalist of Sahara Samay was shot at and sustained three bullet injuries but his condition is stated to be stable. Anuj Chaudhary, who works for the Hindi news channel, was standing at the entrance of his house, when four-five unidentified persons riding two-wheelers attacked him. Such shooting incidence taking place regularly in this place and all the hi-fives are having their bungalow in this place and old and personal enmity is a possibility for such a fearsome attack on the journalist. Evening attack on TV journo is causing ripples in the minds of people in the neighbourhood of Raj Nagar and Ashok Nagar.
