We can see how poor the air quality in Delhi is. Nobody is taking any action to curtail human population and indiscriminate construction activity. If you curtail construction, they will say I won’t vote for you and won’t give you money for elections. If you tell them to curtail population, they will start talking of uniform civil code.
Ensuring clean environment and clean drinking water is hallmark of any developed society but our governments don’t work enough for such basic requirements. Our children are suffering malnutrition and disease due to these. A nation is called developed when it takes into account the health and education of its children.
