I was on cloud nine to watch 2nd ODI match vs Sri Lanka on December 13, where shining star of our country Rohit Sharma scored 208 in Mohali. I still remember ‘India vs Australia 7th ODI November 2, 2013, when Rohit Sharma had become the third batsman to score 200 runs in ODIs, followed by Sachin Tendulkar (200) and Virender Sehwag (219) but now he became first batsman to score third double century in ODIs. Indians have every reason to be proud of their team that contains such great cricket players like run-machine Rohit Sharma, century-machine Virat Kohli and above all MS Dhoni and so on. It has been almost 10 years to Sharma’s entry into International Cricket and now he has established a permanent foothold and has became an integral part of Indian cricket team.
I hope a bright future for our star players.
