Despite the seriousness and pervasiveness of heart disease, cardiovascular problems aren’t inevitable. BP is often a precursor to heart disease. High blood pressure that goes undetected or isn’t properly controlled can lead to heart attack, heart failure, kidney failure, stroke or premature death. High BP is the leading risk factor for cardiovascular disease mortality, causing more than 7 million deaths every year worldwide. On the other hand, bad habits such as smoking and consuming too much alcohol overburden our already busy hearts and cause them to break down.

Depression is just a state of mind. The more we think about the negative things the more it captures our mind. Positive thinking is the best way to avoid depression. Certain lifestyle and genetic factors may contribute to the risks of developing essential hypertension. Cultivating some good habits along with involving in your hobbies can help during depression. Today life has become highly competent, complicated and people have become less sensitive. In an era of confused lifestyles, we face heavy competition and peer pressure which could lead to depression. Lifestyle changes, such having a healthy diet and increased exercise are very much important for everyone with high blood pressure.
